Brief Case Details


After Successful Delivery of the Product to the Customer, The Distributor/ Sellers informed Mr. Parul Kapil to Clear the Settlement Amount of Rs. 740/- by Telephonic Calls & Written Message as on Dated - 25 Jul, 2020 4:33 PM with proper details.

Initially the customer is saying that "He want to pay, But due to frauds done now these days, He can't trust on the respective sellers. The Respective Sellers instantly drop Written Message to Mr. Parul Kapil. Parul Kapil read that email but from 27/07/2020 he is trying to divert the case with bad intention.

By Next Day i.e. on 28/07/2020 - Someone contact the respective Sellers and trying to divert it. Till date i.e. up to 03/08/2020 the Consumer i.e. Mr. Parul Kapil not returned the product to the Seller nor Paid the Bill Amount.

  • First Day Information Given to Mr. Parul Kapil  by Seller - 27/07/2020 (Both Call & Message). 
  • Second Written Information Given to Mr. Parul Kapil by Seller - 29 Jul, 2020 11:06 PM (Both Call & Text Message + E-mails). 
Customer Side Response - 
  • Customer Response - Customer Blocked Official Numbers. And Reply Only through Text Message "Okk sir, but i cannot attend your call now. I can call you tomrrow" as on Dated 29/07/2020. 
  • Futher Customer Response - No. Not Yet Received up to 02/08/2020.
Seller Side Response - 
  • Third Written Information Given by Seller to Consumer (With Last Date to Settle the Amount or By Returning the Products) - 30 Jul, 2020 3:08 PM (Both Call & Message).
  • Fourth Written Mobile Text Message - 03/08/2020. 

Conclusion - The Customer Not Pay the Amount of Rs.740/- to the Seller / Neither Returned the Product to the Seller by providing any Return Courier Tracking Details Till date i.e. up to 03/08/2020. Hence, The Customer is treated as fraud customers due to violation of "Consumer Rights".

The respective Distributors gave proper timeline to mutually settled the amount or by returning the product to them, But the Consumer neglect it with bad intention. All Written & Fair Documents Attached Below For Further Actions.
